Our olive oil
The extraordinary quality of our extra virgin olive oil is due to its unique climatic conditions. These conditions in conjunction with the quality of the manzanilla (a variety of small olive), the hard work and the early harvest determine the organoleptic features of our oil: more intense and vigorous, fresh, fruity, with slight touches of tomato, almond, recently mowed grass with a slight stinging and bitterness feeling, along with a harmonious and fluid texture.
The exclusivity of our olive oil lies in the origin of the variety chosen for its production: variety known as Sevillian manzanilla, which traditionally has been used exclusively to be served as table olives. Thanks to the low output of this variety in conjunction with the careful grinding process of cold extraction, as well as the olive storage in INOX tanks with oxygen absence, our products are delivered to our customers in the best conditions.
