The crop is located in the municipality of Carmona, in the heart of the region of Los Alcores, in the province of Seville. Among its heritage wealth and among a landscape as special as the region of Los Alcores, elevated in front of the countryside of the same name.

As olicults, we ensure that the fruit reaches the mill in perfect conditions. With early collection and cold grinding (less than 6 hours and under 27oC), we achieved a green, aromatic oil rich in natural antioxidants.
